1 Services

We provide digital services including, but not limited to:

• Lead generation and qualification
• AI-powered automation solutions
• Email marketing automation
• Chatbot development and integration
• Scheduling and appointment automation
• Custom AI solutions and consulting

The exact scope of work is defined per agreement or proposal.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3 Payments

Payments are due as agreed in the invoice or proposal. We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Bank Transfer
• PayPal
• Cryptocurrency (upon request)

Late payments may result in service suspension or termination. A grace period of 7 days may be provided at our discretion.

4 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results including, but not limited to:

• Sales or revenue figures
• Number of leads or conversions
• Response rates from campaigns

Outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control, including market conditions, client's business model, and target audience responsiveness.

5 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Granting necessary access to systems and platforms
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction
• Ensuring they have rights to use any provided materials

6 Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, code, and content created by Mugen AI remain our property until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Mugen AI retains the right to use anonymized case studies and portfolio examples unless explicitly restricted by agreement.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mugen AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or business opportunities
• Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• These terms are violated
• Payment is not received within the grace period
• Client engages in illegal or unethical activities
• Client's actions harm our reputation or systems

9 Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international commercial laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by arbitration if necessary.

10 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active clients of significant changes via email.
