Refund Policy

1 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Setup fees and onboarding costs
• Services that have been delivered or completed
• Leads that have already been generated and delivered
• Custom development work that has commenced
• Consultation time that has been used
• Third-party costs incurred on your behalf

2 Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• Service has not yet started or been delivered
• There was a billing error or duplicate charge
• We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service
• Request is made within 7 days of purchase

Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at support@mugenai.site with subject: "Refund Request"
2. Include your order/invoice number
3. Provide a detailed reason for the refund request
4. Include any relevant documentation or screenshots

We will respond to your request within 2-3 business days.

4 Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 7-14 business days
• Bank processing may add additional days
• You will receive email confirmation when processed

5 Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based services:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused portions of the billing period
• You retain access until the end of your paid period

To cancel, email us at least 5 business days before your next billing date.

6 Service Credits

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer:

• Service credits for future use
• Extended service period
• Complimentary add-ons or upgrades

Service credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

7 Disputes

If you disagree with our refund decision:

• You may request a review by emailing support@mugenai.site
• Include any additional information supporting your case
• We will conduct a final review within 5 business days

8 Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in:

• Immediate suspension of services
• Account termination
• Collection of outstanding amounts
